I’m a health and wellness coach passionate about regenerative medicine and functional health. I work with clients to optimize body, mind and spirit – to find true freedom. Formally, I was an equity partner in an electronics firm. I lived and breathed the fast paced, workaholic lifestyle and know firsthand what it means to have high-level executive responsibilities, while struggling with insomnia, brain fog and mood swings. When my parents died within months of each other from cancer, I sold the business and did a deep dive into health and nutrition. I have spent that past 10 years studying health and wellness and am committed to help clients dial-in their nutrition and find the tools to live life powerfully.
